The house sleeps a maximum of 4 people in 2 pretty bedrooms.
One very comfortable double room, with fitted wardrobes and plenty of space for your clothes, bedside wall lights (handy if you enjoy reading a great book in bed!) and lovely views across the pool to the gardens and mountains beyond.
The other bedroom has twin beds and fitted wardrobes with a chest of drawers, bedside wall lights and views to the side of the house and garden.
All the beds are made up for your arrival with cotton sheets and pillowcases. Duvets and blankets according to the season.
The family bathroom which adjoins both bedrooms has a modern white suite, with a full sized bath and thermostatically controlled shower over. There's lots of room for your suncreams and all the families toiletries. Cotton bath and hand towels are included.
The main living area is open plan, bright and comfortable.
There is a very well equipped American style kitchen, with everything you will need to cater for your family. Including a dishwasher, a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, juicer and loads of crockery and cutlery.
Close to the kitchen is the dining area with a traditional castillian style wooden dining table with 4 chairs. Perfect if you want more formal dining.
The comfortable sitting room has a flat screen TV with UK TV channels, and a good selection of pre recorded DVD's. This is a lovely, relaxing room with a barrelled ceiling and wooden beams. There are two pretty arched windows with views to the garden and the mountains.
The living and dining areas are air conditioned.
Double wooden doors lead from the sitting room to a glazed sun room (or Naya in spanish) which has amazing views across the pool and garden and is the perfect place to read or to watch the sun sink behind the mountains.
This bright, sunny room has a ceiling fan to keep you cool, and both internal and external blinds to protect the room from the mid summer sun. Sliding doors lead from this room onto an external terrrace which has a small table and 4 chairs - the perfect spot for breakfast or to enjoy a sundowner as you watch the sun slip behind the mountains.
Terracotta tiled steps lead from this terrace to the garden, and then down again to the main terrace and private swimming pool.
